Using AutoCallDesk outside India

Updated

Can I use AutoCallDesk if my business is not in India?

Not properly, today, and we would rather say so than take your money. The phone numbers the platform issues are Indian, billing is in rupees through an Indian payment gateway, and support runs on Indian hours. The software itself has nothing India-specific in it and the AI speaks fluent English, so the limits are the number and the payment, not the product. If you are outside India and this is what you need, write to us and say where you are.

In detail

The longer answer

What is genuinely India-only

Three things. The phone numbers the platform can issue are Indian, so a local number in another country is not something we can hand you today. Billing is in rupees through an Indian payment gateway, so a card or bank account outside India may simply be refused. And support answers on Indian hours.

What is not India-specific at all

The platform itself. It models businesses, services, staff, availability, work and escalation in general terms. There is no code in it that assumes an Indian business, and the same configuration would run a clinic in Manchester or a workshop in Dubai. The AI speaks fluent English alongside the Indian languages. What is missing is a number in your country and a way to take your money.

If you are an Indian business with customers abroad

That works today and is a common case. Your number is Indian, your billing is Indian, and your customers can be anywhere. The AI answers in English, and international callers reaching an Indian number is ordinary. Nothing here limits who may call you.

If you want this in your country

Tell us where you are. The honest position is that adding a country means a number supplier there, local regulatory compliance for issuing numbers, and a way to bill in your currency, real work rather than a switch, and worth doing for somewhere we have demand. Asking is how a country gets on that list.

Questions

What else people ask

Could I forward my overseas number to an Indian number?

Technically yes, and we do not recommend it. Your carrier would charge you international forwarding on every call, which usually costs more than the service does, and your caller ID and call quality both suffer. It is a workaround rather than an answer.

Do you plan to support other countries?

It is a question of demand rather than of architecture. Nothing in the platform is built around India. We are not going to put a date on it here, because a date on a marketing page is a promise, and this one would be a guess.

Can I pay in dollars?

Not today. Prices are set in rupees and collected through an Indian gateway. If you are outside India and want to use the product, write to us before you try to sign up, so nobody wastes an afternoon on a payment that will not go through.
