An AI workforce for teams who work on site
Your team is on site all day. The phone is not, and every call it misses is a job somebody else is doing tomorrow.

Today
What this costs you now
- Calls arriving while everybody is under a floor or up a ladder
- Jobs written on a pad with no address, no fault and no time
- Work landing with whoever answered rather than whoever covers that area
- Nobody free, and the caller left with nothing but "we will get back to you"
What the AI takes on
The jobs a service businesse actually hands over
Take the request properly
What has gone wrong, where, how urgent, and when suits — captured while the caller is on the line.
Route by skill and area
To somebody who does that kind of work, covers that area, and is actually available — with the decision recorded.
Book the visit
Against real availability, with travel and job length accounted for, and a reminder the day before.
Never leave a caller with nothing
If nobody is available, the request becomes a call-back or a task with an owner. Every path ends with a commitment.

What changes
What you get out of it
- Jobs that arrive with the address, the fault and the time already on them
- Work reaching somebody who can actually do it, in that area
- A caller who always leaves with a time or a commitment, never a maybe
- A record of why each job went where it went
Questions
Service businesses, specifically
How does it choose who gets the job?
By the rules you set. AutoCallDesk evaluates every eligible person against factors you configure — skills, working hours, presence, service area, current workload, priority, customer preference — applies your chosen strategy, and records each candidate with the reason they were or were not selected.
What happens if nobody answers the transfer?
It tries the next eligible person, then follows the rest of your escalation rule. The final step is always a task with an owner or a call-back commitment to the customer — AutoCallDesk refuses to publish an escalation rule that could end in silence.
