AI order confirmation
Every order confirmed before anybody packs it
The cost of a wrong order is not the item — it is the return, the second delivery, and the customer who now checks everything twice. Confirming each one takes a person all morning. It does not have to.
What it sounds like
Demo — an illustration, not a recordingOrder 8812 placed · confirmation sent automatically
Hi Meena — confirming order 8812: two large, one medium, to 14 Linking Road, Friday. Correct?
AIMake it three large please.
CustomerThree large. That takes the order above your usual value, so I am passing it to the team to confirm rather than committing it myself.
AIArjun approves the change from his phone.

AIWhy this exists
The situation this fixes
Orders arrive with the wrong quantity, the old address, or a change the customer made in a message nobody read. By the time it surfaces, it has been packed, dispatched and paid for. Confirming every order by hand catches it, and costs more than the mistakes did.
How it works
Step by step
- 01
It reads the order back
On WhatsApp or by phone, in the customer’s own language: what, how many, where and when.
- 02
It captures the correction
A change to quantity, address or date is recorded against the order rather than left in a message thread.
- 03
It records the agreement
What the customer actually agreed to is stored with the order, so a dispute later is a question with an answer.
- 04
Unusual orders wait for you
You define what routine means — value, customer, service, lead time. Anything outside it stops and waits for a person to approve.
When a person takes over
Where the AI stops
You decide what the AI may confirm on its own. Everything else stops at pending approval and notifies the people you nominated — and a request nobody decides in time follows the rule you set rather than sitting there forever.
Questions
About this job
Can the AI confirm orders without anybody checking?
Only where you have said it may. AutoCallDesk supports confirming automatically, requiring a person on every order, or requiring a person only when a rule you set fires — for example above a value, for a new customer, or at short notice. The rule that decided each order is recorded, so you can see why one waited and another did not.
What happens if nobody approves an order in time?
Whatever you configured — confirm it, reject it, or escalate it to somebody else. AutoCallDesk refuses to publish an approval rule that has no deadline and no timeout outcome, because a request nobody decides abandons the customer as surely as a call nobody answers.
Does it work with our Shopify orders?
Yes. Connecting Shopify brings orders and their customers into AutoCallDesk, so the AI can confirm a specific order by number rather than asking the customer to describe what they bought.
