Integrations

Connect the tools your business already uses.

Three connections, and this is all of them. Every one corresponds to something built and tested in the product — there is no logo here for a system we cannot talk to.

  • PhoneSetup required

    Your business phone number

The number your customers already call. You keep it.

    Connecting it
Point your existing number at the platform with the forwarding your carrier already supports — or use a new number if you would rather start clean.
    What comes across
Calls arrive with the number they came from, so a returning customer is recognised before the first word.
What it lets the AI do
Answer everything, or only the calls nobody picks up, only outside hours, or only when the line is busy. You choose which.
  • MessagingEarly access

    WhatsApp and SMS

The messaging your customers already use to reach you.

    Connecting it
Connect your business messaging account once, in Integrations.
    What comes across
Messages land in the same customer history as the calls, so the thread is one conversation rather than two.
What it lets the AI do
Confirmations, reminders, follow-ups and feedback go out on the channel the customer actually replies on — inside the quiet hours you set.
  • CommerceSetup required

    Shopify

Your storefront, its orders and its customers.

    Connecting it
Connect your shop from Integrations and choose what to bring across.
    What comes across
Orders and the customers who placed them come in, so an order is something the AI can talk about by number.
What it lets the AI do
Orders can be read back and confirmed, changes captured, and anything unusual sent to a person before it is fulfilled.

Applies to every connection

Connecting something never starts contacting your customers.

An order that arrives from a connected shop is treated exactly like one typed in by hand: it waits for somebody at your end to approve it. The same is true of a spreadsheet import and of a webhook. There is no setting that removes that step.

Credentials are stored as references

No screen in the product renders a secret, because no screen has one to render. A provider callback that cannot prove where it came from is refused — and you can see the refusals rather than concluding the product is broken.

Least privilege, and stated

The Shopify connection asks to read orders and customers, and nothing else. A connector that asked to write orders would be asking a shopkeeper to trust it with their catalogue in order to confirm a delivery address.

Questions

Questions about connecting things

Not here? The full list — nothing on this site needs a conversation to find out.

Can I connect Shopify?

Yes. Connecting Shopify brings your orders and the customers who placed them into AutoCallDesk, so an order becomes something the AI can talk about by number — read back, corrected, and confirmed. Connect it from Integrations; no development work is involved, and an order arriving from a shop still waits for your approval before anybody is contacted.

Are the credentials I connect protected?

AutoCallDesk stores credential references rather than credential values, and no screen in the product renders a secret because no screen has one to render. Provider callbacks are refused unless they can prove where they came from, over the exact bytes that arrived, and refused callbacks are visible to you rather than failing silently. No security certification is claimed — none has been undertaken.
