AutoCallDesk is software used over the internet. There are no physical goods, and no delivery address is needed.
Your account
Your account is available as soon as you sign up and verify your phone number, at app.autocalldesk.com.
Credit you pay for
Credit is added to your balance as soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment — normally within a minute. You receive a confirmation in the dashboard.
If a payment succeeded and the credit has not appeared within 30 minutes, write to info@capturo.in with the payment reference. We resolve it within 2 working days, by adding the credit or refunding the payment in full.
Phone numbers and WhatsApp
A phone number from us is issued once one is available and any identity verification that telecom regulations require has been completed. Connecting WhatsApp depends on Meta approving your business, which is outside our control. We keep you informed in the dashboard while either is pending.
