Messaging
Early accessReach customers where they actually reply
Confirmations, reminders, follow-ups and feedback go out on WhatsApp, inside the quiet hours you set. What comes back is filed against the customer, next to their calls.
What it looks like

AIYes, but can it come on Thursday?

Your team confirms the new date
Your teamDo you have the blue kurta in medium?
Yes — two left in medium. ₹1,299. Shall I hold one for you?
Answered by your AI
Hold it. Can I collect Saturday?
Held until Saturday. I have put your name on it.

Why this exists
The situation this fixes
A phone call is the wrong tool for half the things a business needs to say. "Your order is confirmed", "you are booked for Thursday", "how did it go" — all of them are read on a phone screen in ten seconds and answered when it suits, and all of them are ignored as email.
How it works
WhatsApp AI, step by step
- 01
Connect your WhatsApp Business account
Once, in Integrations. Nothing is sent until it is connected, and the product says so rather than failing quietly.
- 02
The AI sends what you have switched on
Order confirmations with the terms frozen at the moment they were written, appointment reminders, follow-ups on a quote, and a feedback request after the work.
- 03
Replies land on the customer’s record
In the same history as their calls and their orders, so a person picking it up sees one story rather than two logs.
- 04
Your team is asked when a decision is needed
An approval reaches whoever your rules name, with Approve and Reject where the provider renders buttons, and a signed link where it does not.
What you need
Before it does anything
- A WhatsApp Business account you can connect
- The hours you are happy for customers to be messaged in
These are the platform’s own capability names, shown because they are what you switch on in the product — not marketing labels invented for this page.
Being straight with you
What it will not do
- The AI does not hold a free-form WhatsApp conversation on its own today. It sends what you have switched on, and files what comes back — it does not reply by itself.
- There is no shared team inbox yet. The product says this on its own Messages screen rather than shipping half an inbox.
- Outside a 24-hour window from a customer’s last message, WhatsApp only permits an approved template. That is the channel’s rule, and the platform respects it rather than working around it.
- Messaging is early access: the connection is built and tested against the provider’s documented API, and has not yet been proven on a live business account.
