AI customer support
Support that answers, and knows when to stop answering
Most support volume is the same nine questions. The tenth is somebody upset about a specific job, and it is the only one that actually needs a person — so that is the one this hands over.
What it sounds like
Demo — an illustration, not a recordingThis is the second time the visit has been cancelled on me.
CustomerI am sorry — I can see both, on the 4th and again yesterday. That should not have happened.
AII have logged this as a complaint and I am getting somebody who can sort it, not just apologise. One moment.
AIPriya picks up with both cancellations and the original job on screen.
Your teamHello — I have got the whole history here. Let me get you booked with the right person and I will call you myself tomorrow.
Your teamWhy this exists
The situation this fixes
Support is two jobs pretending to be one. Answering "are you open on Saturday" for the ninetieth time, and handling a customer whose delivery failed twice. Doing both with the same people means the second one waits behind the first.
How it works
Step by step
- 01
It answers from what you approved
Company knowledge — your services, prices, policies, hours and locations. Not general world knowledge, and not invention.
- 02
It admits what it does not know
An uncovered question produces "I will have somebody confirm that", which is the answer that keeps your credibility.
- 03
It records a complaint properly
What happened, when, which job, and what the customer wants — captured while they are still on the line.
- 04
It hands over with the story attached
The colleague who takes it sees the conversation, the customer’s history and the recommended next step. The customer does not start again.
When a person takes over
Where the AI stops
Complaints, anything sensitive, anything about money, and anything the AI is uncertain about are classed as needing a person and are never attempted by the AI. If nobody is free, it becomes a call-back or a task with an owner — the customer always leaves with a commitment.
Questions
About this job
Will the AI make up an answer if it does not know?
No. AutoCallDesk answers from the Company knowledge you have approved, and a question that information does not cover produces an explicit "I do not know, I will have somebody confirm" rather than a plausible guess. Uncertainty routes into your escalation rules, so it always has a defined next step.
Does the customer have to repeat themselves when a person takes over?
No. Every handoff in AutoCallDesk carries the reason, the conversation summary, the customer, the relevant job or order, what the AI already did, and the recommended next action. The person taking over starts from what has already been said.
What happens if nobody on my team is available?
The request still ends somewhere. AutoCallDesk follows the escalation rule you configured — trying the next eligible person, queuing, or capturing a call-back — and the final step is always a task with an owner or an explicit commitment to the customer. A rule that could end in silence cannot be published.
