Pricing
Calls cost ₹6 a minute.
That is the whole rate for a call — the line, understanding the caller, the AI working out the answer, and the voice that replies. You top up a balance and usage draws against it. A job you have not switched on costs nothing.

What draws on the balance
Everything that can cost you money
Only the jobs you switched on can ever appear here. Where a rate is not published yet, this table says so rather than leaving a gap for you to guess at.
Phone calls
Calls your AI answers, and calls it makes — an order confirmation, a call-back, a follow-up. One rate covering the line, the listening, the thinking and the voice.
₹6 per minute
WhatsApp replies
A message sent to a customer who wrote to you in the last 24 hours, whether a person wrote it or the AI did. Messages customers send you cost nothing.
₹0.25 per message
WhatsApp updates
Confirmations, reminders, follow-ups and verification codes sent as an approved template, when the customer has not written in the last 24 hours.
₹0.50 per message
WhatsApp promotions
Offers and re-engagement messages WhatsApp classes as marketing. Priced higher because WhatsApp charges us several times more to deliver them.
₹1.25 per message

The messaging and storage rates are still being set. We would rather leave those rows empty than print a figure we would have to change once you had already planned around it — ask and you will get the current thinking the same day.
Your numbers
A rate is not a bill. Work out yours.
Put in what a normal day looks like at your business and see what a month comes to. It is arithmetic on the rate above and nothing else — no bundle, no minimum, and no form to fill in.
Nobody knows how long their calls run before they have had any, so treat this as a shape rather than a quote. What it will not do is surprise you: usage draws against a balance you topped up, and when the balance runs low you are told.
Work out your month
Your numbers, our published rate. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Everything your AI answers, and every call it makes.
Most business calls are two to four minutes.
Confirmations, reminders and follow-ups, sent and received.

What costs nothing at all
There is no subscription, no seat charge and no minimum — the only monthly charge is ₹299 if you use a phone number we issue. The question worth answering is not whether this is cheap — it is whether it can quietly run up a bill while you are not looking.
- ₹0
A job you have not switched on
It is not configured, not running, and has no billable categories at all. Six of the seven jobs switched off is six jobs charging you nothing.

A quiet day
There is no subscription and no seat charge — the only monthly charge is ₹299 if you use a phone number we issue. A day with no calls and no messages draws nothing else from your balance.

Your dashboard and your team
Looking at your calls, your customers and your orders is free, and so is adding the people who need to see them.

Topping up
What you put in is what is there to spend. Nothing is taken for adding it.
How billing works
Prepaid, itemised, and switched off the moment you say so
These are properties of how billing is built, not promises somebody in marketing made. Each one is visible inside the product on your first afternoon.
Prepaid, never in arrears
You top the balance up and usage draws against it as it happens. There is no invoice at the end of the month for work you cannot remember authorising.
Billed by the minute, rounded up
A ninety-second call is two minutes. One rate covers the line, the listening, the thinking and the voice, so two calls of the same length cost the same — a talkative answer is not a dearer one.
No bundles, no included minutes, no subscription
Nothing is set aside in advance and nothing expires unused. A month with forty calls costs forty calls; a quiet month on your own number costs nothing at all, and on a number we issue costs ₹299.
Every charge is attached to something
Each charge names the conversation, the call or the message that caused it, so a line you do not recognise is a line you can go and open.
You are warned before it runs out
You set the balance at which you want to hear about it, and the platform tells you rather than going quiet mid-week.
Answering degrades before it stops
A business running low does not simply stop answering its phone. Free channels are used before paid ones, and a notification that must reach somebody still reaches them.
You only pay for what you switched on
A job you have not activated has no billable categories, because it is not running. Switching one off stops its usage from that moment.

Questions about what this costs

How much does AutoCallDesk cost?
Calls cost ₹6 a minute with AutoCallDesk, billed by the minute and rounded up, and that single rate covers the phone line, understanding what the caller said, the AI working out the answer, and the voice that replies — it is one charge rather than four. WhatsApp messages you send are priced by kind, whether a person wrote them or the AI did: ₹0.25 for a reply to a customer who wrote in the last 24 hours, ₹0.50 for an update such as a confirmation, reminder or verification code, and ₹1.25 for a promotion. Messages customers send you cost nothing. A phone number issued by AutoCallDesk is ₹299 a month; forwarding your existing number costs nothing. There is no subscription, no charge per person on your team, no minimum, and no bundle of included minutes to use up or lose. Rates for SMS, email and stored recordings are still being set and are not published yet.
Is there a monthly fee or a per-user charge?
No subscription and no per-user charge. AutoCallDesk has no seat charge and no minimum spend — you top up a balance and calls and messages draw against it as they happen. The one monthly charge is optional: a phone number issued by AutoCallDesk costs ₹299 a month, while forwarding your existing business number costs nothing. Adding the people at your business who need to see your customers and orders costs nothing at all.
Do I pay for jobs I have not switched on?
No. A job you have not activated in AutoCallDesk is not configured and not running, so it has no billable categories and cannot charge you for anything. Switching a job off stops its usage from that moment rather than at the end of a billing period, and the jobs you never turn on cost nothing for as long as you leave them off.
What happens when my balance runs out?
AutoCallDesk warns you before it happens: you set the balance you want to hear about, and the platform tells you rather than going quiet mid-week. If it does run low, answering degrades before it stops — free channels are used ahead of paid ones and a notification that has to reach somebody still reaches them, so a low balance does not mean your phone simply stops being answered.
How does AI usage work?
AutoCallDesk runs on a prepaid Wallet. You top it up, and usage — calls, messages, and the AI work behind them — draws against the balance as it happens, with every charge itemised against the conversation that caused it. You set a low-balance threshold and are warned before it runs out. There is no metered surprise at the end of a month because nothing is billed in arrears.
