Clinics
An AI employee for clinics and practices
The phone rings hardest exactly when the desk is busiest. Most of what it is asking has a fixed answer — timings, fees, where to park, what to bring.

Today
What this costs you now
- The desk answering the phone while somebody stands in front of them waiting
- The same six questions about timings, fees and documents, all day
- Requests to move an appointment arriving as voicemail nobody clears
- People who could not get through simply going somewhere else
What the AI takes on
The jobs a clinic actually hands over
Answer the routine questions
Timings, fees, where you are, what to bring, which days somebody is in — answered from what you have approved, and never guessed at.
Take the request, not just a message
Who it is, what they need and when suits, written down properly and waiting on your list rather than on a pad.
Remind people the day before
Sent on the channel they reply on, inside the hours you set, so fewer slots go quietly unused.
Send anything clinical straight to a person
Symptoms, advice, results, anything you have marked as needing somebody — the AI states its limit and fetches your team rather than improvising.

What changes
What you get out of it
- A front desk that stays with the person in front of them
- Routine questions answered at nine at night without anybody awake
- Requests that arrive written down rather than half-remembered
- Clinical questions reaching a person, every time, by rule rather than by judgement
Questions
Clinics, specifically
Will the AI give medical advice?
No. AutoCallDesk answers only from the information a business has approved — timings, fees, services, policies — and anything a business marks as needing a person is never attempted by the AI at all. A clinical question reaches your team with the whole conversation attached rather than an answer being improvised.
Can it answer in the language a patient speaks?
AutoCallDesk chooses the language from what a person told you they prefer, then from what they are actually speaking, then from your default — so somebody who switches language mid-call is followed rather than corrected. Which languages are available depends on the speech providers configured for your account.

Give your business an AI employee.
Start with one job. Add more when you need them. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Or talk to a person first.
