Automations

Working

Let the routine work happen on its own

When this happens, do that — written as a sentence rather than drawn as a diagram. Reminders, follow-ups, feedback and staff alerts, without anybody remembering.

Asks once. Never twice.

A rule, its steps, and the thing that stops it. Every automation on this platform has an ending — one that cannot contact somebody indefinitely is refused before it can be switched on.WorkingDemo — an illustration, not a recording

Why this exists

The situation this fixes

The work that quietly decides whether a small business grows is the work nobody is assigned: the follow-up on Thursday, the reminder the day before, the feedback request after the job. It is not difficult work. It is work that competes with whatever is in front of somebody, and loses.

How it works

Automations, step by step

  1. 01

    Pick what starts it

An order arrives. A call is missed. A job is finished. A quote goes unanswered for three days.

  2. 02

Say when it should not run

Only if the customer can be contacted. Only inside your hours. Only if they have not already replied.

  3. 03

    Say what happens

Ask for a confirmation. Send a reminder. Follow up. Tell somebody on your team. Record what came back.

  4. 04

    It stops when it should

A customer who replies ends the sequence. A limit on how often anybody is contacted applies across every automation at once, so two of them cannot both message the same person in an hour.

What you need

Before it does anything

  • A channel to reach people on
  • The hours you are happy for customers to be contacted in
engagement.follow_upengagement.reminderengagement.feedbackcommunication.notifications

These are the platform’s own capability names, shown because they are what you switch on in the product — not marketing labels invented for this page.

Being straight with you

What it will not do

  • These are templates you configure, not a blank canvas. There is no drag-and-drop workflow builder, deliberately — a visual builder is listed as post-launch work.
  • An automation cannot do something the AI is not allowed to do. The rules about what needs a person apply to it exactly as they apply to a conversation.
  • Nothing runs before you switch it on, and switching it off stops it from that moment — the history stays.

Give your business an AI employee.

Start with one job. Add more when you need them. Nothing goes live until you say so.

Or talk to a person first.
