Acceptable use policy

Effective 18 September 2026 · Capturo Ventures LLP

Use AutoCallDesk to serve your own customers honestly. Do not use it to deceive, harass, spam or break the law, and follow the rules the telephone and messaging networks set for every business.

Not allowed

  • Anything illegal, or helping someone else break the law.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, or impersonating another person, business or government body.
  • Asking callers for passwords, one-time passcodes, card numbers, UPI PINs or other credentials.
  • Harassment, threats, abuse, or aggressive debt collection.
  • Unsolicited promotional calls or messages, or contacting numbers on the National Do-Not-Disturb registry without the permission the law requires.
  • Mass automated calling or messaging to people who have not agreed to hear from you.
  • Selling or promoting weapons, drugs, gambling, adult content, or anything else the law or our providers forbid.
  • Presenting the AI as a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or emergency service, or as a replacement for one.
  • Telling a caller they are speaking to a human when they sincerely ask whether they are.
  • Discriminating against people on the basis of religion, caste, gender, disability or any other protected characteristic.

Rules set by the networks

Every business using the service must also follow the rules of the networks it relies on, including the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s commercial communication regulations (DLT registration and Do-Not-Disturb preferences) and WhatsApp’s Business Messaging and Commerce policies — among them, having a customer’s opt-in before sending them business-initiated messages. A provider may block a number or an account that breaks its rules, independently of us.

Protecting the service

  • Do not try to access another business’s information, or any part of the service you have not been given.
  • Do not probe, overload or disrupt the service, or get around its limits or security.
  • Do not reverse engineer the service or resell it without our written agreement.

What happens when the rules are broken

Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, pause the affected calls or messages, suspend the account, or close it. Where a breach may harm people or is unlawful, we may act immediately and report it to the relevant authorities or providers.
