AutoCallDesk is a product of Capturo Ventures LLP. These documents are the agreement between us and every business that uses it. Effective 18 September 2026.
Privacy policy
We hold what is needed to run your AI customer desk and nothing more. We do not sell data, do not show advertising, and do not train AI models on your conversations. Your customers' information belongs to your business; we process it only to do the work you switched on.
Terms of service
You pay in advance for what you use, you can stop at any time, and your data remains yours. You are responsible for how your business uses the AI employee and for what you teach it; we are responsible for running the service carefully.
Refund and cancellation policy
A payment that went wrong is refunded in full. A charge for something that did not happen is credited back. Your balance does not expire, and whatever is unused when you close your account can be refunded.
Acceptable use policy
Use AutoCallDesk to serve your own customers honestly. Do not use it to deceive, harass, spam or break the law, and follow the rules the telephone and messaging networks set for every business.
Service delivery policy
AutoCallDesk is an online service. Nothing is shipped. Your account works as soon as you sign up, and credit you pay for is added to your balance as soon as the payment succeeds.
