Insurance
An AI workforce for insurance agents and brokers
An insurance book is mostly dates and documents.
What changes
Today, and with an AI employee
Today
- Renewals missed because the reminder was a note in somebody’s diary
- Claim calls taken in a hurry, with half the details written down
- The same questions (what is covered, what is the excess, where is my policy) all day
- Documents chased by hand, one WhatsApp at a time, for weeks
With AutoCallDesk
- Renewals caught by a date rather than by somebody remembering
- Claims that arrive complete instead of needing three calls to finish
- Evenings and Sundays covered without anybody sitting by the phone
- Your licensed people spending their day on advice, which is the part only they may give
What the AI takes on
The jobs it takes off your desk
Chase every renewal before it lapses
A reminder goes out ahead of the date, on the channel the customer replies on, and again if they do not.
Take a claim down properly, the first time
Policy number, what happened, when, where, and who was involved, captured in one pass and logged as a claim your team can act on, rather than a voicemail somebody has to ring back about.
Collect the documents without chasing
Asks for what is missing, accepts it on WhatsApp, and stops asking the moment it arrives.
Answer the questions that have one answer
Office hours, which documents a claim needs, where a policy copy is, what happens next.

Questions
Insurance, specifically
Will the AI quote a premium or recommend a policy?
No, and it cannot be configured to. Pricing a risk and recommending cover are regulated advice, so they are handed to a licensed person every time, with everything the customer has already said, so they are not asked to repeat it. The AI takes details, answers factual questions, chases documents and books the call.
Can it handle renewals for a book of a few thousand policies?
Yes. Renewal dates come from your own records, and the reminders go out on a schedule you set rather than one per day that somebody has to start. A customer who replies is put in front of a person; one who does not is followed up once more and then left alone.

Give your business an AI employee.
Start with one job. Add more when you need them. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Or talk to a person first.
