Loans and finance
An AI workforce for loan and finance businesses
A loan enquiry is worth the most in the first hour and almost nothing by the next day.
What changes
Today, and with an AI employee
Today
- Enquiries arriving after hours and going cold before anybody calls back
- The same eligibility questions answered twenty times a day
- Applications stuck for weeks on one missing document
- Instalment reminders sent by hand, or not sent at all
With AutoCallDesk
- Enquiries answered at the hour they arrive, not the morning after
- Applications that stop stalling on a document nobody chased
- Fewer missed instalments, because the reminder went before the date
- Your officers spending their day deciding, not collecting papers
What the AI takes on
The jobs it takes off your desk
Answer the enquiry while it is still warm
Every call and message is answered, the requirement is taken down (amount, purpose, city, employment) and it reaches your team as a lead with the detail already on it.
Collect what an application needs
Asks for the documents that are missing, accepts them on WhatsApp, and stops asking once they arrive.
Remind before an instalment is due
On the channel the customer replies on, ahead of the date rather than after it.
Answer the factual questions, and only those
Which documents are needed, what the process is, how long it usually takes, where the branch is.

Questions
Loans and finance, specifically
Will the AI tell somebody whether they qualify, or quote a rate?
No, and it cannot be configured to. Eligibility, pricing and approval are decisions your own people make, and the AI says so plainly rather than guessing, then books the call and hands over everything the customer has already told it. What it does is answer factual questions, capture the requirement and collect documents.
Can it chase overdue instalments?
It reminds customers before a payment is due, and passes anyone who says they cannot pay to a person straight away. It is not a recovery agent: pressing somebody for money is not something an automated caller should be doing, and it is not what this is for.

Give your business an AI employee.
Start with one job. Add more when you need them. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Or talk to a person first.
